Parsons Parsons

Asset Management
Overview

Parsons full range of asset management services includes analyzing aging infrastructure, failing systems and facilities, analyzing and revising financial reporting requirements, and assisting with new federal regulations (GASB 34).

We help clients find affordable, workable, and politically acceptable solutions by teaming our managers with governmental financial, managerial, institutional, and technological professionals. Parsons managers and scientific and engineering personnel assist municipal and federal clients to prepare infrastructure inventories, perform condition assessments and organize utility management. To enhance clients' asset management capabilities, we develop clients' computer applications for utility management, billing, geographic information systems, and hydrologic modeling.

The asset management challenge for U.S. agency officials is "knowledge transfer". Parsons and the U.S. EPA is sponsoring workshops that are built around case studies and participant exercises.

Our core asset management personnel know the issues and the solutions. Our staff has extensive infrastructure, operations, and financial management expertise and partners with our clients to develop optimum organizational performance and asset management services.
