Construction Management is traditionally a comprehensive, onsite, hands-on management approach that emphasizes bid/award and construction services for one project or more projects. At Parsons, we integrate state-of-the-art quality control, schedule adherence, cost containment, and documentation systems over the project life. Our construction management services are offered worldwide as fee only or at risk to satisfy clients.

Design-build offers school authorities consistent reliability and gives them control and approval throughout design and construction. Design-build-style management is flexible, responsible, and ultimately results in expedited schedules, stringent project controls, and-typically-reduced construction costs. By approaching design and construction as one process, school districts have a single point of contact and thus clear lines of responsibility and decision-making.
