Radeloff Joins Parsons as Senior Vice President and Texas Infrastructure Leader
PASADENA, CA (May 16, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to welcome Dean Radeloff to the corporation as Senior Vice President and Texas Infrastructure Leader. In this role, Mr. Radeloff will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused strategies and providing leadership to further grow and develop the Texas market.

Mr. Radeloff is a seasoned professional with more than 26 years of experience in developing and delivering complex residential, commercial, industrial, and transportation infrastructure projects. He has developed and/or delivered more than $3 billion worth of projects under a variety of delivery models, including public-private partnerships, design-build, traditional design-bid-build, construction management at-risk, and others. Mr. Radeloff’s experience includes projects with the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the Texas Department of Transportation, among others.
Mr. Radeloff is involved with numerous professional organizations and community activities. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and served on the Alternative Delivery Committee for the Texas Association of General Contractors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marine affairs/business administration from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida International University (FIU). He also holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from FIU. Mr. Radeloff is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor in Florida and is based in Parsons’ Richardson, TX, office.
