AECOM, one of the world’s largest infrastructure consultancies, has been entrusted with the design of secondary infrastructure within the Food and Auto Hubs. UAE-based Saif Bin Darwish has been appointed as the contractor for primary infrastructure works that have already commenced in Area B1.
The masterplan for KEZAD Al Ma’mourah Area B1 encompasses a diverse range of industries and communities, including logistics, media, light manufacturing, staff accommodation services, and social amenities. The development will also feature vibrant commercial centers and a hotel, making it an attractive destination for businesses looking to leverage the strategic location and integrated business ecosystem within KEZAD.
