"As Program Manager for one of Parsons’ Cyber Network Operations (CNO) contracts, it’s an absolute honor to support our team of Developers in solving the customer’s most critical challenges. Our team environment is very collaborative, with Program Management, Developers, and our Government customers working together to prioritize, plan, remove blockers, and ensure efficiency and continuous improvements. I was very fortunate to have a couple of the brightest senior leaders as mentors to help navigate along the way! I have also enjoyed the engagement activities our leaders facilitate. We try to balance the monthly pizza lunches and waffles and ice cream events with Tough Mudder challenges and AFCEA 5Ks. There are also many opportunities for Parsons employees’ families to get in on the action and participate in events such as Bring Your Child to Work Day, monthly Game Nights, Year End celebrations, picnics, and Parsons Day at Clark’s Elioak Farm. Since starting with Parsons almost 2 years ago, I have gained invaluable professional and personal learning experiences and I look forward to what the future holds!"

"I've been with Parsons for over 15 years and I still love what I do on a daily basis. I get to work with an amazing team on some of the most challenging and fun problems out there to help protect our nation. The social engagement events we do, from Board Game Nights to Tough Mudders to our volunteering (Parsons Gives Back) events, give me (and my family) plenty of great opportunities to further enjoy the company of those I work with (and to eat food - Parsons buys our team lots of yummy food)! We have so many smart technical folks here willing to share their knowledge whenever you ask - I've learned so much from my coworkers over the years. And we have a variety of technical engagement events (like our Cyber Analyst Training series) to learn from our subject matter experts in a more formal setting.
