Sidekick Virtual AI Assistant

Sidekick, our AI virtual assistant, uses ChatGPT-like interactions to deliver timely information and guidance to a variety of transportation professionals. Sidekick consolidates vast amounts of data including operating procedures, help manuals, and incident management procedures into a virtual assistant that allows operators to ask for information and receive answers using natural language. Sidekick is also designed to assist with a wide range of transportation-related tasks, including incident management, traffic control, and route optimization. Moreover, Sidekick can learn from previous interactions to improve its performance and provide more accurate and relevant guidance over time. Enhanced Security And Enforcement

In line with our mission to create a safer and more connected world, we have developed the iNET^® Transportation Data Fusion Platform to expand government and law enforcement capabilities that support border security, and hinder drug/human trafficking and child abduction (Amber Alerts).

The iNET^® platform fuses data from a variety of transportation sources, law enforcement systems, and automated license plate recognition (ALPR) and radio frequency (RF) sensor data from our newly expanded ingestion capability, to create a digital profile of suspicious vehicles, generate alarms, and identify areas-of-interest.

When combined with other Parsons’ security offerings, this unique capability can aggregate data from disparate sources to deliver early notifications and geospatial areas-of-interest to enable early interdiction and aid operations on military installations, customs and border patrol, and support the Department of Homeland Security and international border enforcement.
